What remodeling projects will give me
the best ROI (Return on Investment)?

The key thing to remember in remodeling is
put your money where there is water.

Basements alone are by far the highest single renovation where your going to get the most bang for your buck. Think about it. Its CHEAP LIVING SPACE!  If you were going to build an addition off the back or side of your house, you would be spending close to $150/square foot and up!  In a basement your spending only a fraction of that.  A lot of people renovate their basements to give there children a place to play, most of the time so that they don’t mess up the first and second floors. Gives the children a place of sanctuary/ a place where they can go to BE A KID.  While giving the parents some much deserved quite time.

Kitchen renovations and bathroom remodeling etc. in your finished basement.  “Wow” is generally the word I hear often after we finish up a new kitchen or bathroom in the basement. People aren’t used to seeing their improvements in a basement and when they do, their faces light up and their emotions go wild.

Just think of the possibilities in a basement. A bedroom, playroom for the kids, a quiet office to do your work, an exercise room to get back into shape, another bathroom you can use if all others are occupied.  Just think basements stay relatively cool in the summer and fairly neutral in the winter.

Many people opt not to put in hvac. This saves time and most of all money.  Imagine walking down into a new story of your home. Its yours! You get to start over.  Make it the way you want, be the envy of your neighbors.  They also make a great entertaining area. Installing a wetbar or drybar can greatly enhance the atmosphere.  90% of our customers do so.

Deck and patio renovations are a huge return on your money. Its all about ENTERTAINING . That backyard bbq, a going away party, a casual family dinner. There are endless possibilities. The sky is the limit with decks and patios. Whether it's high-end mahogany or composite decking. There are so many choices to styles, and shapes to choose from.  Again your mind can take a deck anywhere. One tier or two tier, even three tier decks.
