I’m Erich P. Niemann, the owner and president of Niemann Contracting,LLC.  After college, my dad wanted me to be a electrical engineer, but I knew that was not for me.  I liked to build things since I was in high school.  After college, I worked with my uncle in his custom home construction business doing custom woodwork, trim, kitchens, additions, wood, concrete and stone patio decks, bathrooms and basements.  My uncle taught me a lot, especially attention to detail.  He is a fanatic to detail and a perfectionist. 

I launched NJCUSTOMFINISHEDBASEMENTS.COM 5 years ago.  Since then I have designed and built many custom basements, from 200 square feet in size to monster basements in Colts Neck, Freehold Township, Manalapan, etc.

Unlike other contractors who show up and then vanish for weeks at a time, you’ll see me every day because you are my customer.  I was raised with a solid work ethic and my reputation means everything to me.  I’m working today not just for the present but for my future and I’d love for my future to include your home.
